1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "64ok" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the 64ok online casino and sports betting service accessible at https://64ok.io and its associated subdomains.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with 64ok or otherwise accesses or uses the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered user account created through the 64ok Login process.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in a Player's 64ok Account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total wager amount a Player must place before Bonus Funds are released as real-money Balance.
• "BDT" / "Taka" / "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which 64ok accounts are denominated.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required to process withdrawals and, in certain cases, large deposits.
• "RNG" refers to the Random Number Generator technology used by certified game providers to ensure unpredictable and fair game outcomes.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 64ok. By completing the account registration process, logging in via the 64ok Login page, making any deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered on the 64ok Platform, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, slots, crash games, sports betting, cricket betting, and all promotional offers. They are supplemented by any specific game rules, promotion terms, or product-specific policies published on the Platform from time to time, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you access the 64ok Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms and Conditions and that such person or entity meets all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

3. Eligibility

To register for and use the 64ok Platform, you must satisfy ALL of the following conditions simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the 64ok Platform in any capacity. 64ok takes its commitment to preventing underage gambling seriously and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be accessing the Platform from within Bangladesh. Use of the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law is not permitted.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or mandatory, issued by 64ok or any other gambling platform.
• You must not be acting in the capacity of a professional gambling syndicate, affiliate operating outside the official 64ok affiliate programme, or automated agent.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended 64ok Account. Each player is permitted exactly one Account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

64ok reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any Account at its sole discretion if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the eligibility criteria have not been or are no longer being met.

4. Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money services on 64ok, you must complete the account registration process via the 64ok Login page. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, 64ok may require you to submit documentation verifying your identity, age, address, and ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Accepted documents typically include a valid national identity card, passport, or driving licence, together with a recent utility bill or bank statement. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested will result in suspension of withdrawal rights until compliance is achieved.

You are solely responsible for keeping your Account password and any one-time passcodes confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 64ok will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity recorded under your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have reported a suspected breach to [email protected] in writing prior to the activity occurring.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All funds deposited to and withdrawn from your 64ok Account are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The Platform currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and select additional bank transfer options as published on the Platform from time to time.

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. 64ok is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times or network failures outside our control.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active Bonus Funds wagering obligations attached to your Balance must be completed or forfeited before withdrawal of the corresponding real-money component.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• 64ok targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket transactions but does not guarantee processing times, which may be affected by provider system maintenance or high-volume periods.
• 64ok reserves the right to apply additional due-diligence checks to withdrawal requests above ৳50,000, which may extend processing time.

Currency and Conversion. All account balances, wagers, winnings, and promotional amounts are expressed in BDT. 64ok does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. Players are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their payment provider if they hold funds in a currency other than BDT.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

64ok offers a range of promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unfulfilled bonus amounts are automatically forfeited upon expiry of this window.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer tables and sports betting markets typically contribute at a lower rate than slots — refer to the specific promotion page for contribution percentages.
• 64ok reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing wagering obligations already in progress will be honoured to their stated expiry date.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• Multiple accounts or coordinated play designed to systematically exploit bonus structures constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and potential account suspension.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games, live dealer tables, slots, and crash games available on 64ok are supplied by certified third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates under its own published rules, which players are responsible for reading before placing wagers.

All RNG-based games use certified Random Number Generator technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are made available on each game's information panel. 64ok does not modify game outcomes or RTP settings beyond the configurations supplied by the certified provider.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including but not limited to server interruption, connection loss, or software error — 64ok's decision regarding the outcome of the affected round is final. Where a malfunction results in a display error (for example, an incorrectly shown jackpot value), 64ok reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's Balance.

All game rounds and their outcomes are logged by 64ok's platform systems. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the data recorded in 64ok's servers shall be the authoritative record. Player-side recordings or screenshots are not accepted as evidence of an alternative outcome.

8. Sports Betting

64ok offers sports betting markets covering cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports as published on the Platform. Pre-match and in-play (live) betting options are available subject to market availability for each event.

The following conditions govern sports betting on the 64ok Platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. 64ok does not honour requests to retroactively apply odds that were available at an earlier time.
• 64ok reserves the right to suspend, void, or restrict betting markets at any time, including mid-event, if it has reasonable grounds to suspect irregular betting patterns, match-fixing activity, or data feed errors.
• In the event that an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific sport's settlement rules published on the Platform. Generally, bets on events that do not commence or do not reach a defined completion point are voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per market type apply and are published on the Platform. Winnings exceeding the maximum payout threshold will be capped at the published limit regardless of the calculated payout.
• In-play betting decisions are made in real time and are final once confirmed. It is the player's responsibility to ensure their bet reflects their intended selection before confirming.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 64ok Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and may be reported to relevant law-enforcement authorities:

• Multiple Accounts. Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one 64ok Account, whether under your own identity or using another person's identity or falsified documentation.
• Identity Fraud. Providing false name, age, address, or any other registration or KYC information, or impersonating another individual in connection with a 64ok Account.
• Collusion. Coordinating with other players — whether through shared information, pre-agreed strategies, or third-party communication — to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on the Platform.
• Use of Automated Software. Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated mechanism to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Bonus Abuse. Systematically exploiting bonus structures, wagering requirements, or promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with a payment provider for a deposit that has been used to place wagers on the Platform.
• Money Laundering. Using the 64ok Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Underage Gambling. Accessing or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by any person under 21.

10. Responsible Gaming

64ok is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be pursued as a source of income or a method of recovering financial losses.

All registered players have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their Account settings panel, without requiring a support request:

• Deposit Limits. Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control the amount you spend on the Platform.
• Session Time Reminders. Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play to encourage regular breaks.

21+ Age Policy. 64ok operates exclusively for adults aged 21 and above. Players who registered while under this age limit and are discovered to have done so will have their Accounts closed immediately and all associated funds forfeited.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

64ok collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference and is available at Privacy Policy. By using the Platform you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC processes is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and communication regarding your Account and promotions. 64ok does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

64ok employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions between your device and the Platform. Account passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing. Despite these measures, no online platform can guarantee absolute data security, and players use the Platform at their own risk in this respect.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the 64ok Platform — including but not limited to the 64ok brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 64ok or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without prior written consent from 64ok.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 64ok's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

64ok shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

64ok is not responsible for any loss arising from technical failures of third-party payment providers, game software providers, or telecommunications infrastructure outside 64ok's direct control.

14. Account Termination

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time. You may close your Account by contacting [email protected] in writing. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining after settlement of outstanding bets and deduction of applicable Bonus Funds will be refunded to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

64ok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Instruction by a regulatory authority, law-enforcement agency, or payment provider.
• Voluntary self-exclusion request by the account holder.

Where an Account is closed by 64ok due to a verified breach of these Terms, all balances including real-money funds may be forfeited. 64ok will provide written notification of the reason for closure to the registered email address on file where it is legally permissible to do so.

15. Amendments to These Terms

64ok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised Effective Date and, where practicable, provide notice to registered players via the email address on file.

Your continued use of the 64ok Platform after the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 14.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of law applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the Bangladesh market. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to 64ok's customer support team for informal resolution. 64ok aims to respond to formal disputes within 10 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration before an independent arbitrator. Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.
